Installation of the Woolwich plantroom

Despite the freezing conditions we still managed to install our prefabricated plantroom / holding tank on site at Woolwich. Thanks go Andrew Hewitt from Swain Special Services for arranging the transportation and the crane. James, Rob and Mark were able to ensure that everything went smoothly from our end and Volker Highways seemed to be delighted with an efficient and well managed operation. I'll post some more images once Volkers have completed their civil works to encase the plantroom. Meanwhile a bit of a thaw would help us to make more progress!

Entering the world of blogging

So I have decided to try creating a blog, which will be an interesting exercise. I have absolutely no idea who in the world might be vaguely interesting in my musings, but it will be interesting to see whether I can attract any followers! I thought I'd use the blog to post up day to day events at The Fountain Workshop. As the name suggests we design and build fountains and water displays, and if you've not seen our work before try checking out our website www.fountains.co.uk which has a host of project profiles and details of our past commissions. Anyway, watch this space for occasional musings and postings.
